Customers praised the adorable cat ear design and beautiful artwork, describing it as "eye catching without being too much." While shoppers love the aesthetics and lid colors, some reported shipping issues including missing packets, damaged tops, and missing cat ears with poor customer service response.

Cup shipped with one ear missing. Emailed customer service as soon as the package showed up to see if they could send a replacement and never heard anything from them. I’d happily update this review if customer service reaches out and makes it right

Forgot my free packets with my two cup order. The cups are nice but we ordered 2 cups both with 4 packets and we only got 4 when we should’ve gotten 8 with the 2 cups purchase. One of cups were damaged at the top but it doesn’t effect the usage.
